When listening to music or Netflix through the speakers it just seem too low. Through headphones it's really loud and clear. All drivers are up-to-date, audio driver is Conexant ISST Audio version 9.0.140.1, driver date 5/14/2017.

 

I can't find any control panel to adjust the output, everything seems like it's maxed out in the speaker properties but in a normal office setting I can't listen to video presentations and we're not allowed to have earphones on.

 

I apparently have the Bang & Olufsen control panel installed but it won't open.

Yup the audio update after the keylogger issue really lowers the volume.  Same for the one through Windows update.  I removed and reinstalled the original one that came with the computer.  Look in the swsetup folder on your drive c:
