Laptop was working fine with earbuds previously with win11. I had some display problems and needed to go to a repair shop and they replaced the display, they said that my windows was compromised because I didn't turn it off properly. I installed windows from the exact same place I installed it previously. Now my earbud audio is stuttering really hard with the new win11 and any audio via earbuds is not listen-able. I can confirm that earbuds are perfectly operational with my phone and other earbuds also suffer with the same problem on my laptop so the problem definitely lies somewhere in the laptop.
Please help asap, I have been struggling with this issue for 2 days and no fix seems to work.

Perhaps the HP Image Assistant (HPIA) can make a difference.

I am sorry I don't get this, image assistant but its a purely audio problem and everything visually seems normal.

I have inserted the forgotten link above.

It seems to be more of a Bluetooth problem. Faulty and/or missing drivers may be responsible.

HP Recommended

Yeah so I installed any and all drivers it suggested to me and it didn't work.
One abnormality that came up on the way was this :  Screenshot 2024-09-29 172604.png

Newer drivers for 23H2 are probably not provided by HP. It may be possible to find a newer one. Which driver version (Driver) and hardware ID (Details) does the Bluetooth adapter have? Can be found in the Device Manager.

Fix Bluetooth problems in Windows may help.

HP Recommended

There may be power management settings in Device Manager for the Bluetooth devices/adapters you can play with.

Driver version is 22.150.0.6. Changed the power management stuff to not save any power at all and I can hear significantly more audio but the stutter is still heavily there and its still overall unlisten-able.

HP Recommended

There are certainly newer drivers, but I need the hardware IDs (open under Details).
