HP Recommended
Product: Elitebook 8470p laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My daughter's Elitebook 8470p's internal speaker doesn't work after "Reset this PC" operation. It shows "No Audio Output Device is installed".

- I have tried "Troubleshoot sound problems" , it said "Troubleshooting couldn't identify the problem". 

- In Device Manager, under "Sound, video and game controllers", there is "Intel(R) Display Audio", I did "Update driver", and restarted the computer, nothing changes

I'd love some help please!
