Hello!
For starters, my laptop is in perfect working condition and is only about 2 weeks old. There is one catch, the audio quality is very unpredictable.

To describe, when starting the laptop with only speakers, it sounds normal, but plugging in earphones will make music sound like its being played through an old radio (where the high ends are unfiltered and the low ends are almost completely inaudible).

The only solution is to restart the laptop with earphones plugged in.

When starting the laptop with earphones plugged in, the quality instantly improves and it becomes very enjoyable to hear. (all the low and high ends are mixed perfectly)

I've already tried updating all audio drivers, it didn't work
I reinstalled all audio drivers, it didn't work

I updated BIOS, it didn't work

I tried resetting and tweaking the bang & olufsen audio panel, it didn't work either

It gets really annoying when I want to listen to my music, but have to restart my laptop in order to get the full quality and enjoy listening to it.

Any input would be great

I believe to have found my own solution to the problem concerning the wonky audio drivers, so here's how it goes:

1. Uninstalled almost every driver that controls audio via device manager. (AMD graphics driver, Realtek drivers, enhancements. But I only reinstalled the AMD drivers because I had tablet mode issues)

2. Restart the laptop a couple times until all the drivers have been reinstalled

3. verified that the drivers have worked correctly

4. Disabled driver updated that come via windows update by using REGEDIT. (you can find guides online on how to do this. Just be precautious)

5. Restart the laptop again and hope that it doesn't mess up everything again

I think this may have fixed my issues, but I can't say for sure. Will update with another reply if it doesn't work.
