Elitebook x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, I am trying to install the latest audio driver for my Elitebook x360. This is the code of the driver: SP106144

The insatllation fails with a (0x1) code.

I tryed also to install a previous version with same error.

Does anyone have an idea on why? Any way to solve the problem and finish with a success installation?

Thanks for any suggestion or help.

Sal

I have the very same problem.

Elitebook x360 1030 G2, package SP106144 fails to install (Conexon HD Audio driver.)

This prevents my Elitebook from getting Windows 2004 and all never updates.

HP please listen and fix !!

Mine's too, X2 1013 G3.

In my case, it automatically closes off and bo back to the HP support Assistant page when I click the "select all" or the checkbox button as well.

During installation, the audio driver actually shuts down and seems doing something, but keeps failing every time I try.
