Getting error when opening B&O audio control app.

Please download and do a clean install (uninstall old Realtek from Sound, reboot and install new software) the following software
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95501-96000/sp95914.exe

I tried to install the update (keeping the old one), the process doesn't complete
Now, should I remove the old one and try to install the "sp95914.exe"??
