Hello, lately I have a problem with the audio driver of my laptop, Realtek High Definition Audio, everytime I update the driver the sound stop working, and I have to uninstall the driver and restart the pc to restore the default driver, And is weird because when I update the audio driver there isnt a error message or something, like that, just there is no sound, only with headphones, no error message.
I believe is because my laptop is a HP Beats special edition 15-p000, and has something to do with the beats audio system but I dont know how to fix it.
It also cause me problems while playing the newest videogames, the sound and the games starts to freeze or lag, I dont know how to explain it, but it sounds more or less like and old recorder glitching, and freezes a lot the game, its so annoying, I know is because of the audio driver because I try playing with the updated driver and the games run smooth and way better but with 0 sound.
I really hope some one can help me :c thanks for your time

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I recommend you uninstall the audio driver from device manager and then download and install it from the below link.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp72001-72500/sp72341.exe
Here is how it is done.
- Type "Device Manager" into the search field to open the device manager console.
- Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
- On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
- When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.
NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.
Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
