Hello , 

One of our users is having HP Zbook Firefly and recently all of sudden his external unti JABRA mic stopped working on windows + in Zoom . As soon as he select JABRA mic in zoom I loose his audio , but if he switch to windows mic the speaker of jabra unit works fine. the device works fine on another laptop .  I have done the followings

re-install audio driver 

update audio driver 

manually installed the driver from hp site

privacy settings are enabled for all apps

installed windows updates

ran audio troubleshooter with no issues to be found 

checked for disabled devices in sounds tab of control panel 

can anyone please advise on what could have gone wrong with it since it was working good couple of days ago.
