Product: HP Pavilion 14-dh0000 x360 Convertible PC (5NE56AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

When I am plugging the lavalier Boya mic 3.5mm in the laptop jack, it is not getting detected, while it is working with other devices (laptop/ mobile).

Kindly suggest what can be issue and how it can be resolved.

Which type of adapter can be used to fix it?

Or suggest any other external mic which works fine with HP Pavilion 14-dh0000 x 360 Convertible PC
