I purchased a HP 15-AY113NT Y7Y90EA series laptop. the mute button light won't work. The mute button itself works, but not the light. How can I fix this? I run Windows 10 64-bit . Thanks!

Hi,
Download and reinstall the Realtek HD Audio software package on the following link.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78234.exe
When the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook and let Windows fully load for a few minutes before checking the function of the mute led.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp78001-78500/sp78234.exe
When the reinstallation has completed, restart the notebook and let Windows fully load for a few minutes before checking the function of the mute led.
