Product: HP ENVY Laptop PC 17-cg1000 (19S95AV)

Hi togehther,

 

for the last 5 day I cant use my mik anymore - and my USB headset stops to work after a few seconds of use as well.

 

It seems like there was no "migration"? I tried to update the drivers and the BIOS of my notebook but it didnt change a single thing.

 

What can I do?
