My computer just recently updated to the newest version of Windows 10 22h2, and now I think the audio driver is gone. My computer has a built-in speaker that hasn't had any problems before, but now the built-in speaker device (Realtek HD) won't show up in the list of devices. When I tried to download a new audio driver from the HP site, my OS (22H2 64-bit) wouldn't even show up.
I have looked at all of the different help options. The playback device doesn't even show up. I tried the troubleshooter, but since the device isn't even listed, it wouldn't work. I updated my other audio drivers. I even tried resetting my laptop twice. Nothing has worked.
