There is no bass in sound, flat sound. I have tried reinstalling drivers and reverting to older versions.Nothing. There is a ton of topics on this issue, but not a single working solution.

Dear HP, you have completley lost your mind. Unacceptable.

Hi @M0rk0l0,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

Follow the advanced troubleshooting steps to resolve audio issues on your laptop computer.

Rollback the audio driver

If you have audio issues after installing updates or running Windows Update, try rolling back your audio driver.

Search Windows for Device Manager, and then select Device Manager in the list of results.

Select Sound, video and game controllers or expand the arrow next to it.

Right-click your sound card or audio device, and then select Properties.

Select the Driver tab, and then select Roll Back Driver.

Read and follow the instructions, and then select Yes to roll back your audio driver. Click here for the remaining steps.

No success.

I have tried to roll back drivers version and also to update drivers. Doesn't work.
