Hello,
I have purchased an HP Envy x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-fe0000 77X86AV (Product number: 8F1Q0EA#A2N)
I've got a problem with the HP ENVY x360 Laptop's Front Firing (BANG & OLUFSEN) Speakers Not Working.
The message appears when I open the Bang Olufsen Audio Control "Realtek Audio Console doesn't support for this machine."
Can you help me fix it?
Regards,
Sherif.

Hi @sshams84 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with the drivers for the Realtek audio hardware on your HP Envy x360. Here's a step-by-step guide to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
- Check for Windows Updates: Ensure that your Windows 11 operating system is up to date. Sometimes, Microsoft releases updates that include driver fixes and improvements.
- Update Audio Drivers: Navigate to the HP support website for your specific laptop model (HP Envy x360 15-fe0000 series) and download the latest audio drivers compatible with Windows 11. Install these drivers and restart your laptop. Software and Drivers for HP Envy x360 2-in-1 Laptop 15-fe0053dx
- Check Device Manager: Open Device Manager by right-clicking on the Start button and selecting "Device Manager." Expand the "Sound, video, and game controllers" section and look for any devices with a yellow exclamation mark. If you find any, right-click on them and select "Update driver."
- Run HP Support Assistant: HP provides a utility called HP Support Assistant that can help identify and fix common issues with HP devices. Run this tool to see if it detects any problems related to audio and follow its recommendations.
- Reinstall Realtek Audio Console: If the Realtek Audio Console is not working correctly, try uninstalling it from the "Apps & features" section in Windows Settings. Then, download and install the latest version of the Realtek Audio Console from the Microsoft Store or the HP website.
- Check Audio Settings: Open the Windows Sound settings by right-clicking on the speaker icon in the system tray and selecting "Sound settings." Ensure that the correct audio output device is selected and that the volume is turned up.
- Perform System Restore: If none of the above steps work, you can try performing a system restore to revert your laptop to a previous state where the audio was working correctly. Be sure to back up your important files before proceeding with a system restore.
