When I am on Zoom calls and talk my audio is very crackly. When i plug in headphones it is not as bad, but still doesn't sound great. Thinking it's a microphone problem. I have ran through all the troubleshooting for audio and microphone and nothing was detected. I am so frustrated with this. Anyone else have this problem?

I am having the same issue, irrespective of the software I use.   It has been persistently there and I am sure it is a hardware issue.

I purchased an external mic today and the first time I used it was fine,  I recorded the video so I have the proof!!

came back to record some further video and all recordings have 'fuzziness' and I have just spent 2 hours trying various things.   No success all
