Hello, I have the G2 earbuds. I haven't used them for a few months. Today, as I'm about to travel, I tried charging the battery, but I haven't been able to get them working properly again. I managed to pair the right earbud, but it disconnects after a few minutes. The other earbud appears to be completely dead. Could you help me, please?

@Guillermo_Diaz, I see you were interacting with @Kuroi_Kenshi however, he's away for now and I'd love to help you out

Thanks for confirming the model!

Since the left earbud seems completely unresponsive and the right one disconnects after a while, here are a few steps you can try:

Reset the earbuds – Place both in the charging case, ensure they’re charging, then press and hold the touch controls on both for about 10 seconds until you see a reset indication (like flashing LEDs).

Clean the charging contacts – If the left bud hasn’t been used in a while, dust or debris might be preventing it from charging properly.

Fully charge the case and earbuds – Leave them charging for at least 30–60 minutes before retrying pairing.

Let us know how that goes, and we’ll help further if needed!

Take care, and have an amazing day!

Dear Zoey,

Thank you for your suggestions. I have followed each of the steps you recommended:

Reset the earbuds – I placed both buds in the charging case, confirmed they were seated correctly, then pressed and held the touch controls on both for ten seconds.

Cleaned the charging contacts – I carefully wiped the contacts on both the left earbud and inside the case to remove any dust or debris.

Fully charged the case and earbuds – I left the case—and both earbuds—charging for over an hour.

Unfortunately, the left earbud remains completely unresponsive. When I place it in the case, the LED indicator does not light up at all, as if it is not receiving power. The right earbud, however, charges and pairs but still disconnects after a short time.

Could you please advise on any additional troubleshooting steps?

Thank you for your continued assistance.

Kind regards,
