its been 2 days im trying to fix the "no sound" problem in my laptop, when i did a trouble shoot it said it was a generic audio device iv been trying to look for a solution everywhere i watched videos, tried updating drivers, disabling enabling, uninstalling and reinstalling, i even reset the window man but still no fix at all im so sick of this id appreciate if someone could help me fix this.

(also 2 days ago my laptop just wasnt turning on, some lights were turning on like capslock light, and then going off, i looked online and it said to hold down your power button for a minute or something and then try turning it on, i did that and it worked, the audio broke after this happened)GENERIC AUDIO device.png
