I have a Spectrex360 Convertible 15-ch0xx 2019 and have the following issue:
Whenever I switch my screen to tablet mode and decide to operate the notebok as a tablet, but using the screen at an incline angle, the fan accelerates and makes a grinding loud noise very uncofortable.
Does anyone know why this occur?

That is explainable. Machine has a big vent at its bottom. Now you block it that why its fans have to work harder. I think this is a bad design but honestly I can't find where designers can put more vent(s) since the machine is too thin.
My suggestion: avoid to turn machine full 360 degrees to allow space for vent(s).
Regards.
