Downloaded the Windows 10 Creators Update yesterday and noticed a monotone audio sound. After searching and troubleshooting my Notebook PC throughly, discovered that my HD Beats Audio program is missing. How do I resolve this problem?

Hi,
The beats gui is provided by the audio software package, so try downloading and reinstalling the IDT software on the following link.
http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp63501-64000/sp63555.exe
When the installation has completed, restart the notebook and let Windows fully load before checking.

Hi,
Can you post back with the full Model No. and Product No. of your Envy 17 series notebook - you can usually get this by holding down the fn key and pressing esc, otherwise see Here for a guide on locating this information.
