Hi,
I bought this computer a month ago or so and I started having problems with the audio, I had to reinstall the driver and it solved this previous issue but now I have in the device manager that the Intel high definition audio is missing a driver, so when I connect my computer to an HDMI device, this is not shown in the playback devices, I downloaded the drivers from HP page but none of these helps to solve this issue.

Hi:
The HDMI audio driver is found within the Intel graphics driver.
Download and install the W10 Intel graphics driver from your notebook's support page.
If it doesn't install the HDMI audio driver, go to the device manager, click on the problem HD audio device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp##### where ##### is the file number of the Intel graphics driver you downloaded.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.
