Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hola, instalé windows 10 en un equipo HP 420, y el sonido dejo de funcionar. Probando con ubuntu 22.04 funciona y con un disco que tiene windows 7 también. En wiondows 10 si quito un módulo de 2GB de los 2 que tengo instalados funciona, y si en msconfig activo la casilla máxima memoria 4096 también funciona. Pero quitando un módulo solo me quedan 2GB (poco para win 10) y si modifico desde msconfig queda reservado para el hardware 1GB, y quedo solo con 3GB utilizables. Si alguien me puede ayudar se lo agradezco. Saludos.
