HP Recommended

Hi all,

 

I'm an IT consultant and we have a client who faces issues on their laptops (slow performance, laptops that doens't want to close down) which is solved by disabling the HP Audio Analytics Service. So far so good, but I've also read that the service can be enabled again by a Windows update. So my question is does anyone knows if HP is working on a patch to solve this permanently?
