HP EliteBook 840 14 inch G11 Notebook PC (8M4W5AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Since my laptop HP Elitebook 840 G11 updated to the latest Windows 11, I can't find "hp audio control/bang & Olufsen control". HP Audio Control keeps opening but you cannot select anything on it. It is a white screen with an audio control icon and nothing else. How can I get "hp audio control/bang & Olufsen" control in previous versions?

Hi @KringleBingle

go to the device manager, then click on Sound, video and game controllers, uninstall the Realtek driver, it will ask if you want to remove the software, check the box, accept and then restart the device, then install the next sound driver.
