Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dw3000 (1A3Y5AV)

Hello, I have some problem with audio bloetooth connection.Down on the right side at home screen is icon for next hidden icons.There is one "HP Audio Switch" and overview of available audio devices to connect.But the button for swift connection is out of order and it refer to new window of main adjustment for Windows 11.The button for swift connecting of audio devices is so smart and it does´nt work.Why?
