Hi,

  I used to have the HP noise cancellation feature over here in the Bang and oulufesen feature. Recetly its been missing and my friend is complaining about so much of backgorund noise over the microphone. I tried reinstalling te audio driver and still I am about to retrieve the HP noise cancellation feature of the Bang and olufsen

@Bree89 Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the HP noise cancellation feature is missing.

Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.

Please reinstall the Bang and Olufsen software. Please click the below link to download the software.

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88302.exe

Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -

Step 1 Windows Updates -

1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.

2) Check for updates.

3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Step 2 Install updates using HP Support Assistant

  1. In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant.
  2. Check for updates.
  3. If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.

Note: If you do not have HP Support Assistant installed, Click here to download the same.
