Hello, please i need help in other to fix this issue:
i installed Dolby Home theater v4 but the equalizer is not working at all... even i tried uninstall and reinstall it again still not working.... sound is playing perfectly but the equalizer is not moving up or down.....
please which driver or what should i use in other to fix this....
or
what should i do ......

I understand that the equalizer of the Dolby is not working.
Try updating the computer, this will install the latest updates -
Step 1 Windows Updates -
1) In the search box, type, and open Windows Updates.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
Step 2 HP Support Assistant Updates -
1) In the search box, type, and open HP Support Assistant.
2) Check for updates.
3) If the updates are available, click on install and restart the computer.
If the issue still persists, please have a word with Dolby support. They may help you.
