HP Recommended

Hello,

I have the HP E27m G4 QHD Monitor. But since the beginning the microphone button is on and I can't turn it off. Whenever i click the button nothing changes. 
The ohther three buttons left next to it (mute, volume up, volume down) are working perfectly. 

 

Can you help me solving this problem?
