Hi:

If your notebook has the Ralink Wi-Fi adapter, that is a common problem on the newer builds of W10, for which there is no fix.

Your options would be to purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter or replace the Ralink Wi-Fi card with a different one that fully supports W10.

Suggested replacement internal cards would be:

Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 802.11 ac 2x2 WiFi + BT 4.0    HP Part # 710661-001

Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo   HP part # 724935-001
