Product: HP ENVY 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a used HP ENVY 17-j115eg Leap Motion TS SE and it has a very weak sound. There is a read b icon just above the keyboard and on the left corner of the screen has a Beats Audio. Is there any driver or any app that will increase the sounc?

Thanks for the suggestion but I've received a link from the HP help team and downloaded the file named sp63555.exe and the issues were resolved.

Hi:

 

See if installing this  W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model PC helps with the sound volume/quality.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.
