Product: HP ENVY 17
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a used HP ENVY 17-j115eg Leap Motion TS SE and it has a very weak sound. There is a read b icon just above the keyboard and on the left corner of the screen has a Beats Audio. Is there any driver or any app that will increase the sounc?

Hi:

 

See if installing the W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model HP notebook gets the sound to work better on yours.

 

Restart the PC after installing the driver.   Sometimes the driver will set the headphones as the default after it installs, so make sure your PC's speakers are set as the default output afterward.
