HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Speakers are not working. 
I have done ALL of the troubleshooting via the HP Virtual Assistant. 

I have updated drivers, BIOS, etc. I have reset the device. 

Nothing is working.

Hi:

 

Since there are no W11 drivers available for your notebook yet, the only suggestion I can offer would be to try either or both of the W11 audio drivers from the newer17m-cg1xxx support page.
