Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My HP ENVY f8 key won't allow me to toggle the microphone on. I am running Windows 11 and it just started this week when I tried to connect to a zoom call. I have updated the drivers, although this was difficult with Windows 11. I have powered off my laptop and restarted it. I have run the troubleshooters for the microphone, which says 'no input devices found'.  When I run the test for the keyboard and type in all of the keys the f8 key shows as working correctly. Any help is appreciated. Tx
