If your HP ENVY Laptop - 15-ep0760ng is experiencing speaker issues, such as low audio output or other sound-related problems, there are several steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Update Audio Drivers

  1. Identify and Download: Ensure that your audio drivers are up to date. HP provides tools such as the Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver to ensure your audio drivers are current.
  2. Install: Download and install any newer audio driver versions from the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads website.

Troubleshoot Audio Problems

  1. Check Audio Settings: Ensure that audio settings, including volume levels and device selections, are correctly configured.
  2. Run Audio Troubleshooter: Use the Windows built-in audio troubleshooter to detect and fix audio problems automatically.
    • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters.
    • Select Playing Audio and click Run the troubleshooter.

Check for System Updates

  1. Windows Update: Make sure your operating system is updated with the latest Windows updates, as these can fix known issues with hardware.
    • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
