Product: HP ENVY X360 - 13-ar0501sa
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have purchased this product but really did not use for any video meetings as I have other official laptop which is used daily for work purpose. However I now am trying this for family meetings during COVID and my voice is not getting to other side during video chats. I tried cortana as well and no voice is recognised.

when I inserted headphones in jack, it worked well..

My question is whether this laptop version has any internal microphone or not? else this is a feature I missed to check. it has wonderful speaker though
