I have had to replace the hard drive in my laptop and the volume of my Beats Audio speaker is not as high as it should be. I assume a driver needs to be installed.
I am currently running Windows 8.1.
Please advise if this is a driver issue and where I can find the driver needed and instructions to install.
Thanks

Please provide the model number or the product number of your system. Also please follow these steps:
1. In the search option of Charms Bar type devmgmt.msc. Select the resulted file in the left pane. This opens Device Manager.
2. Unknown devices would be listed as such and marked out with a yellow question mark.
3. Select the unknown device or other device for which you need drivers and right click to access Properties.
4. In the Properties window click on Details tab and select Device Instance Id or Hardware ID from the drop down.
5. An alphanumeric string like this PCI\VEN_1217&DEV_7130&SUBSYS_012F1025&REV_01\4&6B16D5B&0&33F0 is the identification marker for the device.
6. Please provide this number so that we can suggest the appropriate driver.

Thanks for your response
My product number is as follows
D1D58UA#ABA
In the Device Manager, none of the items on the list have a yellow question mark so I think I am good in that respect.
Below is the information for my speakers which I suspect has the wrong driver loaded.
Device Instance Path
SWD\MMDEVAPI\{0.0.0.00000000}.{BA09AF02-5810-4178-BDA8-1DD3F96042B3}
