Requesting you to pls help me for the problem Laptop's Front (BANG & OLUFSEN) Speakers Not Working and looking for a spare part in india, Can someone pls help.

I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your HP ENVY x360's Bang & Olufsen speakers. Let's try a few troubleshooting steps to get them working again:

Check Audio Settings:

  • Press Windows + I to open Settings.
  • Go to System > Sound.
  • Ensure the correct output device is selected.

Run the Audio Troubleshooter:

  • Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot.
  • Select Other troubleshooters and run the Playing Audio troubleshooter.

Update Audio Drivers:

  • Open Device Manager (right-click the Start button and select it).
  • Expand Sound, video, and game controllers.
  • Right-click on your audio device and select Update driver.

Reinstall Audio Drivers:

  • Uninstall the current audio drivers from Device Manager.
  • Visit the HP Support website to download and install the latest audio drivers for your specific model.

Check Bang & Olufsen Audio Control:

  • Open the Bang & Olufsen Audio Control app and ensure the settings are correctly configured.
