HP Recommended
Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15-ds0004na

My internal audio has suddenly vanished today. Speak icon has a cross and says "no output devices found"

Have tried running all audio diagnostic tests. Wont' run as they all report I have no audio device

HP & Windows reports all drivers are up to date

Device manager shows no internal sound device - no Real Tek driver

Audio works fine with external headphones and devices - just lost the internal speak

 

Help - have tried HP Support but just going round and round in circles getting nowhere
