Hello,

 

While I watch a movie or i have a zoom call the sound suddenly goes really low, I can barely hear. After a few minutes the sound is corrected. I tried the latest drivers and the problem is not fixed. It doesn't matter if the sound is 80 - 70 or 100.

Can you please help me?

(1) Update BIOS

HP Notebook System BIOS Update (AMD Processors)

F.21 Rev.A14.5 MBMay 20, 2022Download

 

(2) Update audio

Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver

6.0.9180.1 Rev.A80.0 MBJul 28, 2021Download

 

(3) Reboot 

(4) Change your windows power settings. Do not use Sleep mode, change to Hibernate !

(5) Test again ...

Please send screenshot of windows <device manager> that shows all sound devices.
