My HP Envy X360 13M-BD0023dx has issue/bug about sound.
The sound is suddenly fading or loud on one side, the other side becomes quiet while playing music or video.
I did anything such as: uninstall and reinstall lastest Realtek driver (6.0.9183.1), update lastest Bios (F.20), update Windows (21H1) to fix this problem, but nothing change. When I restart computer and play music, the sound is just ok in a little while and then the problem happens again.
I think it’s a bug about Realtek driver, please recommend me the solution to fix it, because I very disappointed about this sound experience.
Many thanks and best regards

Same issue here (HP Envy x360 13-bd0080ng). I do think as well that it's a software issue. When having the laptop connected to the hi-fi system through the headphone jack, the same fade in/fade out happens on the speakers of the hi-fi system.
