Dear Forum,

maybe somebody can give me some feedback regarding the new Elitebook 830 and 835 G8 Speakers. As a company we bought around 30-40 devices and it seems almost all of the devices have speaker issues. I can not tell if the quality of the laptop is so bad that it vibrates because of the speaker and the sound is absolutly horrible. HP support since corona started is absolutly horrible also. Waiting hours on a phone, support agents cant speak any language clearly, they can not even write an email adrress down after 5 tries (constant callbacks because wrong email) For callbacks they let the phone ring for 1 second and then hang up and write in the ticket that you can not be reached. 

This is probably the last year that we buy HP laptops, we will change to another company as this is not the way to run a business. We buy around 100 laptops a year and with this kind of support they are almost unusable.
