HP Envy 17 Leap Motion notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello

I recently purchased a JBL Flip 4 bluethooth speaker but can't seem to connect it to my laptop.

I did some internet research and contacted JBL who advised that I source an up to date driver from my laptop manufacturer in order to resolve this, but I cannot locate it.

Can anyone advise please?

Many thanks.

Thank you for responding.

The full Model name is HP Envy 17 Leap Motion  SE NB PC and the product no. is FID50EA#ABU.

However, I have just run an update and now the speaker is discoverable and is working! Yay!

Thanks again for having taken the time to respond, it is very much appreciated.
