I have purchased HP Envy laptop on Last January from Croma. phone number :[Personal Information Removed] . After few months there was a problem with audio. I raised a ticket and HP support person changed the Motherboard. Bitlocker pin was not known so BIOS setup was not done. The Rubber tape where screw was removed is also hanging outside. Recently i raised another ticket which was for no reason closed. case no : [Personal Information Removed] . Also when raising this ticket the person says that rubber tape is chargeable even when there is warranty and also it was not removed by me instead HP support person. I have been facing issues for a long time now. It is not right to treat customer this way. The price of laptop is too high and for this the support should have been better. i am fed up and it would be better to take the laptop and return my hard earned money back.
