HP ENVY x360 15 Convertible PC 15-es2000 (4V391AV)

Purchased a brand new HP Envy x360 laptop as part of Thanksgiving deal through Costco 3 weeks back and i have this internal microphone issue. on a musical class, If i play just my voice through skype/zoom, the other person is able to hear the voice, however any external sounds like a keyboard or any other sound even through a mobile phone, none of them gets heard by the other person through either zoom or Skype. Tried the same situation with my other Dell laptop and everything works fine. the only issue i could see between both laptops is my brand new HP laptop is using Microsoft Array Intel SST whereas the other one is having Realtek audio.. i tried troubleshooting all sorts, by uninstalling the Intel sst driver in device manager, privacy and security related settings, restarting multiple times, but to my dismay nothing working.. Tried running all diagnostics through HP support but not helping in the aid. Can any other mechanism need to be tried out. Any advice provided will be helpful.. If it doesnt work out, i have no other choice other than to return the brand new laptop to Costco and get a refund. Windows 11 22H2 update
