Product: HP Envy laptop

Hello, on recently bought HP Envy laptop, B&O speakers just stopped working. Only some static sound comes. Ran troubleshooter, all steps with virtual assistant, updated driver, restarted, uninstalled, installed again, all by earlier suggestions list. All reply was system is working, no issue detected. Restarting, shutting down and switching back on does not help. RealTek shows all up-to-date. What is wrong? thank you (Windows 10)
