So I have had this computer for just over a year. Worked great, about a month ago I don't recall if it was after an update was done. But the volume wouldn't work, messed with the volume settings and it still wouldn't work. Restarted the computer and the volume worked for a few hours, closed the computer and when I woke it back up the volume wasn't working.
Another issue I had not entirely sure when it happened but when I restart the computer the screen works just fine after logging in the screen stays black for about 5 minutes. the bottom part will work if I press the Windows button on the keyboard the menu will pop up but if I click on one of the options it will open it but then the screen will go black again.
Lastly, I have two updates that won't complete.
2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4515384)
2019-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4515384)
The computer will download them and get to the installing screen, says it's installing, then says installation failed and it uninstalls.
So after all of this, I restarted the computer and I don't recall if it was esc or f2 button to get it to do a thorough scan on the computer to see if there is anything wrong. It scanned for about 14 hours and didn't seem to find anything.
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks.
