Product: HP Laptop 15s-eq1

Hi. I've recently started using two pieces of Software - Audacity (Sound Editor) and Multi Play (Theatre Cue). Problem is they will only play through my Laptop speaker, not through the Headset or Bluetooth. I've run the Audio Troubleshooter, but that says there is no issue. It might be that the two pieces of software have their own audio settings(?), but I've used them both on a previous laptop without any problems. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Update: Just realised that I-Tunes does not play through headset either! However, Media player DOES.
