We have been seeing major audio issues with these laptops, we have over 100 laptops that all have the same audio issues.

these laptops have audio cutting out during any type of call's where a microphone is being used.

This is happening in Teams, this also happens in other SIP Phone applications so not just an issue with Teams, it is not software related either as we have other brand laptops that do not have the same issues, this all trails back to HP laptops.

We have tried USB headsets, USB Microphones, Hard wired Microphones and headsets using the 3.5mm jack and still have the same exact issues, we even tried removing the HP audio control software to see if that helps and it has not resolved the issues, we have even installed a fresh new OS without any other HP software on the laptop and still have the same issues.
