Hello, some days ago i update my adio drivers (dont know why) and the option of Noise cancellation dissapeard and now when i play music and being also in a meet/discord call they heard the music (wich before i updated didnt happend , because of this option i suppose). I dont know if this is the "thing" that makes the speakers not to be heard from the calls but is the only thing i saw it changed.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Let's try Audio driver rollback.
- Open Device Manager.
- In Device Manager, locate Audio input and Outputs.
- Right-click on the Audio device and choose Properties.
- Select the Driver tab.
- Select the Roll Back Driver button.
