Hello, some days ago i update my adio drivers (dont know why) and the option of Noise cancellation dissapeard and now when i play music and being also in a meet/discord call they heard the music (wich before i updated didnt happend , because of this option i suppose). I dont know if this is the "thing" that makes the speakers not to be heard from the calls but is the only thing i saw it changed.
Thank you,

MC

Hi@Mcasadio, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Let's try Audio driver rollback.

  1. Open Device Manager.
  2. In Device Manager, locate Audio input and Outputs.
  3. Right-click on the Audio device and choose Properties.
  4. Select the Driver tab.
  5. Select the Roll Back Driver button.
