I am not sure how far this will get me, but I am extremely frustrated with the HP support I engaged with that gave me absolutely no resolution to the problem I was faced with.
I started having problems with my speakers a couple of months back, after updating my PC to Windows 11, hearing a constant cracking sound emanating from my HP OMEN 15-en0007ax Bang and Olufsen speakers and contacted HP Support with regards to my problem, which started my half day ordeal of trying to figure out if my speakers were busted using the onboard diagnostics test that the laptop was installed with. However, it did not help with the problem and I was referred to email support, which contacted me during office hours on my email only a couple of days later. The steps listed then did not solve the problem as well.
The solution in the end, was me rolling back the system to Windows 10 and installing back the drivers on the HP Drivers page for my laptop. The problem persists after I installed back Windows 11 and the latest Realtek Drivers (including rolling back to the each of ALL of the previous iterations of the drivers on the page), confirming that ALL the realtek drivers on this page gives a crackling sound on my Omen laptop when installed with Windows 11.
I am not sure who can I reach out to, but PLEASE update a working realtek driver for the above mentioned laptop that works with Windows 11 without a cracking sound.
Current workaround: For all other users facing the same problem, you can install back Windows 10 with the Realtek Drivers, or install the default "High Definition Audio Device" driver (which gives you horrible sound at low volume by the way).

I'm using the following driver for my Omen and no problem at all. Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.
(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp113501-114000/sp113645.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
Regards.
