I just received a HP OMEN Gaming Laptop 16-k0xx and the audio quality is incredibly bad, despite the Bang & Olufsen speakers. How can I fix this issue?
Here's the SKU reference: 6F9P8EA#UUZ. Note: I downloaded and installed all the available updates.

Let me check your current system configuration.
(1) Run msinfo32
- Select <System Summary>:
--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:
( equals HP product number (p/n) )
(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>
- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>

It seems that running each of these executables only extracts the software, without starting the installation. So I went to each of the extracted folders located by default in C:\SWSetup and ran the HPMUP.exe application as an administrator. I am just surprised, because the installation seems to be completely silent, there is no installation wizard. Is this normal?

(1) Download and install from Microsoft Apps Store
(2) Run <HP Diagnostics for Windows>
- Run <all> tests
(3) Please report your results ( error messages, take screenshots )
( if serial number, device id, UUID, System Board CT Number is displayed, please blur )

Thank you for the solution provided. Unfortunately, it didn't solve the issue.
I finally decided to re-format and re-install completely the computer.
I didn't install any HP OMEN driver and did let Windows Update do the job.
Everything is working fine since then.
